wrong labels at goods

i am very disgusted with pick n pay i went their to buy floating beans for the swimming pool i saw one for R89.99 when i got to the till point R159.99 when i brought this up i was told that customers is swopping the labels to punish them and then carry on im doing this to punish them acusing me of swopping the labels spoke to Zola who claimed the was the manager witch is very rude and keep on calling my skat and sweety all kinds of pet names and i told him im not his mate he was not helpfull at all then proke to france witch was claiming also to be manager who was acusing me of trying to punish them and also spoke to johannes witch said the label was at the wrong place i could see it was the wrong label when they took it off the bottem shelf as i am disabled...how was i supposto get down there to read the label when im disabbled they told me somebody could of helped me witch tere was no person in site they were very rude and i expect to pay the price i saw
