Wrong item delivered, poor service from PnP Asap. PnP Asap should learn from Checkers 60Sixty.

I ordered size 7 Pampers Pants through the PnP Asap app. They delivered size 6 value pack that was NOT on special. So they charged me R219 for 35 size 6 nappy pants, instead of the 44 size 6 nappies or the 35 size 7 nappies that I ordered. I called PnP customer care and spoke to Byron. He said because of the time they would only be able to collect the wrong pack and deliver the correct size (If the Stellenbosch store has stock), TOMORROW. Meantime I am stuck with nappies that are too small, that I am now forced to use. PnP should learn from Checkers 60Sixty. When Checkers delivers the wrong item, they immediately refund you. PnP, instead wanted me to send photos of the wrong product, and the call centre agent said he had to escalate it, and I would only get a refund once they can collect the wrong item.
