Wrong ITEM!

Pick n pay asap... Worst experience ever 2nd time this incident has happened they brought an incorrect item phoned customer care and they kept saying that they were resolving the issue they collected the incorrect item but no response as to a refund or substitute of item which I requested. Phoned to ask about what the outcome would be but nothing. Strongly recommend that they hire the right pickers for the app due to incorrect items and no support on the app itself is really ridiculous for such a large company.
