Wrong information/ No assistance
Was at your Hypermarket Woodmead branch on Tuesday (14/11/2017) afternoon to purchase a fridge. A lady assisted us and explained that the specific model we wanted to purchase was not in stock but she can arrange for a stock transfer from a different branch (Centurion and Faerie Glen had stock available) She said the expected delivery date will be either the Wednesday or Thursday (still in this week). It was my mistake not to get her name as I was confident that she will contact me. Today I tried to phone several times for feedback. Eventually I was told that there was no stock and that I should go to a different branch. They were not willing to assist me with a stock transfer. I stay in Midrand. So Centurion and Faerie Glen is quite a distance to travel. After phoning your Centurion branch, a very pleasant lady assisted me to confirm they do have stock available. She also said that a stock transfer was possible and that she would need a purchase order from Woodmead. So I'm upset that I was given wrong information regarding the stock transfer and that the Woodmead branch was not willing to assist me. Also why keep a fridge on display if there is not stock available?
