Wrong information given to me

<p>I redeemed my cash at the smart shopper machine and had about R416.00 when I got to the till I had only bought for 100 somewhat rands, the lady at the till in randridgemall took my reciept showing that I have R416 and when I asked her how I would buy for the rest of the money that is left since I only used 100 and something rand she said I should just go to the smart shopper machine and redeeem my points again it will be there, I was hesitant to walk away with my reciept and asked her if she is sure, she as well as the packer said they were sure, I go to picnpay in Northworld and I try to redeem my points and I have no points left, my R416.00 is gone now, </p>
