Wrong delivery and so non chalant about it. Big amount. Its my money and you causing me anxiety

Once again pnp has taken money n not refunded me for items they dont have and passed me on my rude banker. Also today groceries over 200 was not delivered to me. I got bread n milk. What service is this. I joined for e bucks but you causing me more anxiety and sickness amd im single.. i cant throw money away I want money for all items not in stock Tomorrow amd where's today's order
