Wrong amount debited

I made online purchase this weekend and initial amount was +- R780 which was taken off the store card balance however the final invoice was +-R550 but the difference hasn't been credited back to the store account.

How long will this take?

Order *** was originally R781.94 but 3 products were "out of stock" so the invoiced amount was R551. The store account was debited the original amount of R781.94. I essentially paid for goods not received. I need the store account balance corrected by adding back +-R300.00.... another thing why do you have the option for substitution of a product but the product is never actually substituted.

I understand the reserved amount but the fact remains that R781.94 was taken off the credit balance of the store account. So I paid for all the goods I ordered before they were supp****(which i get is normal practice) but the fact remains that R229.98 HAS NOT BEEN REVERSED BACK TO THE STORE ACCOUNT, the fact that your email says I am charged the higher amount due to requested substitution items chosen yet I am never given substitution items if the box is checked. You have a check box for substitution but yet the pickers don't actually substitute anything. Pnp took the R781.94 off the pnp store account not rcs so shouldn't pnp rectify it but reversing the difference between the R781.94 and R551.96.... the balance before the purchase was R6 157.99 and now it is R5 376.05 instead of R5 606.03, surely you can see the discrepancy. I keep being told it is reverersed after 24-48 hrs, goods received Monday with invoiced R551.96 and tomorrow is Friday, you do the math. Look if I didn't hate going to the shops I wouldn't even order online, all I'm asking is that Pnp fixes what needs to be fixed.

I have lodged complaint with CPA, I will forward the complaint reference once received. The difference between 781 and 551ay not seem alot to PNP but to a consumer it's a lot.
