Wrong advertising ,Disgusting behavior from the manager

I went to buy comfort. They had nothing specified on the advertise in store When you get to the till they refuse to sell it to you even tho you paying separately. The behavior of a Manger saying she won't serve you is DISGUSTING how can a big store not want to serve a customer I will never go there again
