Wrong Advertising and Product

<p>I went to buy a cake at mulbarton Pick n Pay on 13th Feb 2017. It was marked as home made chocolate cake and was decorated with white icing, which led me to believe it was a white chocolate cake. however upon cutting this cake on valentines day we discovered it was a vanilla cake with no chocolate what so ever. Which i have taken pictures of, I was unable to return it as I do not live in the area or even close to the store. is Pick n Pay in the habit of falsely advertising their wares as this is not the 1st experience We have had with Pick n Pay Mulbarton!!!! taking it up with headoffice is a total waste of time as this is a family store according to them. However over a week later and being in the vacinity I approached the manager of the store and took it up with him for him to shrug his shoulders at me when I showed him they still have these cakes again marked as homemade chocolate cakes and was told its not his problem as that is how they get it from the supplier. Really!!!! this is not only bad service but do you mean to tell me that Pick n Pay just uses any suppliers even for false advertising. what king of bussiness uses suppliers that you do not supply what is required!!!!</p>
