WORST, WORST SERVICE plus ******** detention.

We tried to buy the HTH floater special at Pick n Pay Hyper Vaal, first to be told that they did not have any special on floaters, after asking for their pamphlet, the manager (Gary) showed the front staff to huge banner of special. Taking this to Molefe, he responded that they did not have that special. Paying for some firelighters and lighters, a lady (Olivia) asked us how many we needed, just to be requested by security to follow him (Mr Oliphant), no reasons, he took us through a door into the security area (friends asking us afterwards why we had been taking into security - what an embarrassing situation!). After requesting for the security manager to assist, it took us 30min wait (and only after I went to the store manager (Gary), where after he contacted the security manager (Robbie). Long story short - my wife took a black lighter from the one broken box and replaced it with the same blue lighter - a number of boxes broken (so it must have been opened by numerous people, noting the number of boxes broken - apparaently it is ******* per Mr Oliphant to replace same for same? They kept us ********ly, wasting time, accusing us of breaking the law, and short of calling me a ******, Mr Oliphant kept on calling be "because you are privileged!" No excuses for embarrassing us, ********ly keeping us for 30+min, slow response by Security manager and the making us feel as *******, perceived by friends, also in the store. This store will NEVER SEE US AGAIN, and we will advertised the basically harassments and ******** treatment of customers by their security staff and the store manager just phoning security manager, not wanting to be party of this. I will also show video (from my mobile phone) to my legal and consider follow-up actions.
