WORST TREATMENT EVER RECEIVED AS A CUSTOMER

I have never received such appauling behaviour as a customer in my life. <br> There was a special in the store of Interprise viennas. If you buy 1kg and a 500g, you get a free lunch box. I took 2x of each so i could get 2 of these lunch boxes. <br> As i was passing my groceries through the till i discovered i had taken escort instead of Enterprise in one of the 1kgs. I then asked the packing lady to assist me and fetch the correct item while i finish running my groceries through teh till. She (Sindiswa) told me it is not her job to do shuch and i should get it myself, after asking her a second time she told to not say alot to her, she will go and get it, said a few other disrespectful words in the process. She was rude, oboxious and had no idea of what customer service is. I wonder if she was taught as i have been to many Pick n Pays and i have never gotten such treatment. I would like a reply from management on this matter as im very unsatisfied.
