Worst supermarket chain
I have logged several complaints against pick n pay steeledale. First responder. Stanley spoke to him he remedied the situation. After that I gave him several complaints to which he just stopped responding or looking into. The another abrasive chop and nothing.then I reported another few. The last I sent straight to thence. I was called by Rhonda(headoffice client care) awesome and friendly. Made note and forwarded it on. Got a call from Gary. Explained my frustrations complaints etc. What I got from his explanation was basically calling me an idiot in a nice roundabout way. How disrespectful. I own my own business and would never tolerate this behavior from my staff.

31 Mar 2021, 07:38What a joke. They use the same generi response and are still not able to fix the issue neither can they remedy how their staff treat you or the fact that their managers can call you. Not know what the complaint is actually about and the basically call you stupid
