Worst store ever!!!

I was at the above mentioned store at 15:00 got 5 items. Went to the express till. Stood in the que for 25min. Then eventually as i got to the front saw there is 3 people sitting at the tills but only 1 till was open as the other people sitting at the tills is just lazing around. The one made a faded attempt to try and pack my goods. I saw the supervisor and asked to speak to the store manager. She pointed me towards the kiosk and said he is somewhere that side. When i got there there were 2 gentlemen relaxing in 2 chairs behind the counter having a conversation. I asked them if either of them is the store manager. They just answered me with no and said the store manager is not at the store. I told them what happened and the one guy got up and the other one still sat around. I really wont go back to that store as the service is pathetic!!!
