Worst store ever
I ordered at 14h30 and they had estimated my delivery to 15h30- 16h00 I have been calling your useless customer care line left 2 messages and I'm not being responded too, I'm starting to get frustrated cause I need these items for supper so my family must starve cause PNP ASAP is ***********,it's not fair if you can't keep track of your orders stop allowing them

04 Oct 2024, 12:48Your reply is absolutely nonsense cause my problem is with your customer care line which till date is still not working I had to drive to he shop in order to get my stuff that I ordered with PNP ASAP so what exactly will you do to make my life any different cause I've received the package on my own without any help from you or your stores, just close your doors once and for all cause your not even that fairly priced even Woolworths much better then you service wise, I've used checkers 60/60, spar 2U, Woolworths dash and trust me when I say pick n pay ASAP is the ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SYSTEM TO DATE
