Worst shopping experience

I have complained about PnP Sinoville previously, and after a phone call from the manager I really thought they were going to up their game. What a disappointing place! There is NEVER a manager around when you need one. During busy times there are long lines with minimal tills open, and no-one else to assist. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The smartshopper card machines haven't worked in months....and there is also no-one to assist. Even after phoning smartshopper to correct a mistake, they haven't done anything about it. Normally when you need something they are out of stock. This is definitely the worst branch of PnP and I won't recommend anyone going there.
