Worst shopping experience ever

I’ve had the worst shopping experience ever in pick and pay Hatfield today. Upon arrival there were no shopping trollies, when I finally got one it was dirty and poor quality and very h asRd to push.? The aisles were full of unpacked goods and the holes in the tiles made pushing the trolley impossible. I was approached by a beggar in the aisles of the Shop. This is an awful experience. When I asked for security/ no help came. There were no packers at the Tills and the general Manager did not come eventhoug I requested to speak to him
