Worst shopping experience!

Very disappointed in their service. The worst service I have every received!!!

From their App not reflecting accurate data, to the driver delivering my goods 4 hours later!

Calling their customer service is a mess! No one is every available? I dealt with a consultant who promised to get back to me when I eventually got through to the customer service, to date I have not heard back, after following up.

I tried reaching out on on social media (Instagram page). NO RESPONSE!

I had missing items. I have not received the items nor have I received a refund.

This service is absolutely pathetic and I hope no one uses this app and puts themselves through the most unpleasant experience!

I honestly don't know what is worse between the app or the staff!
