Worst Shopping Experience.

Pick 'n Pay in Maponya Mall in Soweto, has gone from an average shop to the worst customer experience. We reported the trolleys late last year till today they still not fixed, I even took a picture of 1 trolley fasten with a hanger. The basket not washed. Their staff need to be trained again for customer service. The butchery had a foul smell this past Saturday the 08-06-2019. I won’t be going there anytime soon or recommend it.

Reviewer Update
Good morning Pick n Pay Team

I was at the store this past Friday, the 26 July 2019. Nothing has changed only the 1 trolley with the hanger was removed; the rest is still the same not moving - redundant; the wheels are worn out which makes trolleys difficult to move. Please invest in customer experience.

It proves you care less about your customers.

Thank you.
