Worst shopping experience

Pnp hyper by the sea . The attitude of the staff in the bakery is pathetic . Bought four pies wanted two more the lady serving by the counter is telling me "but i gave you four" if you dont want the business the garage is outside to by pies its that simple . Secondly out of stock on items that are currently advertised and its a month end the manager tells me that its about the demand thats y they are out of stock but then tells me that everyday they recieve stock. He refuses to subsitute up until the point i ask to speak to the regional manager . Now i remember why i dnt shop there very nice upgrade but nice to upgrade service levels aswell.
