Worst service received from a cashier

I went to Pick n Pay at Menlyn Mall in Pretoria on the 27/10/2018. As I got to the pay poin at the kiosk ,Cashier by the name of Sophie Mohlamonyane was very rude to me. She first said they only allow 5 items per customer and when I checked it wasn't written anywhere...well I didn't want to argue that, I told her that I will separate my purchase since I was buying 6 Items. She then rang them up and asked if I need a plastic, I said yes. She literally threw the plastic on me while she was talking to the lady behind the counter. I never felt comfortable with the service she gave me. I felt like she's doing me a favour to process the sale. I really don't expect such behavior from her, there are other competitors I can go to in the very same Mall. If you can view the footage on the 27th at 20:46 on the till she was working, you would see the kinda service I received.
