Worst service on Pick ‘n Pay ASAP

The worst service ever experienced on the Pick ‘n Pay Asap, ordered groceries at 11:38 and only received the food at 14:30 and that was because I called the call centre to complain could have even been longer. It was even gonna be better to drive to the shop myself, why is the service called ‘ASAP’ but you have to wait for 2,5 hours to get the order!
