Worst service I’ve ever received regarding deliveries

I ordered my order this morning and scheduled it for 2 pm but now it’s almost 4pm. I’m still waiting. This has inconvenienced me so much because I’m currently at work and about to clock off cause I live far!!! Now I’m about to lose my last cents. I’m never using this app ever again!
