Worst service I have ever had!!!

Pnp Panorama is the worst shop I have ever been to... Service is beyond appalling and it all comes from the arrogant management and "owner", who turns out is only a relation to the owner, but I was told "I am only 30 and I own my own shop" so I don't have to know anything when asked if he knows what the CPA is... He had obviously placed misleading advertising with the wrong price in front of a product. When I demanded that I have to be given the product at that price, I was told that I must have put the huge special price in front of the products, as this spacial is for goods 3 shelves down.... When I asked if he knows what the Pnp policy is, I was told "I don't care, I do what I want in my shop".... The blond "lapdog" /manageress echoed the disgusting attitude of the 30year old "superstar" OWNER.... I left the bag of shopping and walked out in dismay.... The poor cashier also looked horrified as she merely called for a manager to override the price once she had gone to see it herself and was also "mistaken" like me... If I was the franchisor I would get this shop back as it's damaging PnPs reputation! I now drive to the Spar, which is much further from my house, as I refuse to shop at this shocking place!!!
