Worst service from Pick 'n Pay ASAP Bottles App

I used the Pick n Pay asap app to place an order on Tuesday 30 November 2021, at 15:56 and I was told that my order will be delivered between 17:00 and 18:00. At 20:50 I received a message which said the driver was unsuccessful in contacting me as my delivery failed, no calls. I have send numerous mails to customer care without them even acknowledged them. Their call centre also let you hold on forever.
