Worst service from Pick N Pay ASAP

I placed an order on 27th August the store decided to cancel my order without informing me why, now I am struggling to get my refund. I have sent them proof of my order as well as my bank statement showing the transaction and they are telling me that they will not be able to refund me. I've had the worst service with the consultant named Anele from pick n pay ASAP she's very ******** and doesn't show willingness to assist, this had been going on for a week and the latest response is that I will not get my refund even after I have sent them proof which is clear that they need to refund me they are not willing to do that.
