Worst service from a manager

The worst experiences ever i got from a manager... So Monday i bought buns at pick n pay in Carlton center then i got a plastic inside the bun then i complained and i got a call from a manager called Kabelo to come get other buns and he apologized and the lady who is working in bakery so i went to toady i was looking for Kabelo i turned into a fool inside pick n pay a whole manager asking me what do i want from Kabelo with an attitude face and i showed her the bun then she ask me so what must happen with this bun then i got shocked that she doesn't see anything wrong with this bun but she took out a plastic inside that bun... So I'm no longer angry about the bun anymore I'm just worried about that Manager's attitude a manager without a name badge and she even refused to give me her name i asked her twice then i took my bun back with me I'm really angry with the attitude she gave me and customers and the staff was watching you see if this is the attitude she always gives to the customers i guess I'm going to be the last person to treat like.... She really needs to go back to training how to be a manager and learn to listen and understand a customer's complain and learn how to talk at work you don't talk with people as if you doing them a favor.
