Worst service

In connection with the Bottles app:

Worst app ever. Would never recommend. I made 2 orders. One for liquor and one for groceries. The liquor took 2 days to get delivered to me, on delivery the guy said he could not bring the entire order as it was too much for his s******. He said another driver will bring it. I never received it. As for the groceries, we received the wrong order, we lodged a call and a lot of emails to return the incorrect goods but all to no avail. We drove to the Pick n Pay and they could not help us because "the system is offline" To this day I never received my full liquor order or my groceries order. PNP and this app has lost a client today for sure. I will rather buy my groceries at n different store.
