Worst service

I placed an order with Pick n Pay ASAP specifically because it was advertised as same-day delivery. After placing the order, I waited — only to be informed much later that my order would now only be delivered the next day. This is completely misleading.

Worse still, when I cancelled, my money was refunded into my Pick n Pay wallet, but I was told I can only access it after 3 days. That’s unacceptable. You failed to deliver on time and now I don’t have access to my own money. Why should I suffer for your delay?

Please resolve this. I expect my refund to be processed back immediately or released from the wallet without delay. I’m extremely disappointed with this level of service.
