Worst service experience ever

Worst service experience I received at pick n pay Chuma mall Diepsloot,fisrtly I waited long to be assisted at the butchery because the butcher had to go recieve the meat that was delivered, ain't the suppose to be a reliever?.. and then I proceed to the till point the cashiers stuck waiting for a supervisor to assist but the supervisor Mr Ngwenya was no where to be found, when he finally resurfaced, we the customers called him so we can speak to him but he didn't avail himself, he just didn't care about our grievances.. We are not taken seriously.. I'll never set my foot at that store ever again.
