Worst service ever from PnP asap , stay away!!

Useless application ever, I will never ever use this, I ordered items and payment was effected, only then it notifies me that I will get the items the following day 😡, fine today it tells me that one of the items i ordered is not available and I must choose a replacement, I did and money was deducted, the order was supposed to be here by 9:30, it has still not been collected by the driver at 11:00 and I stay 10 minutes away from PnP, this is very annoying, I encourage people not to use this app, 🤣
