Worst service ever from PICK & PAY ASAP

I AM STILL WATING AND ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH!!!!!!! This is dissaponting service!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on Saterday 30/08/2025 for 18 items with a total of R953.85. The amount was deducted from my ABSA account. Then an adjusted amount of R843.86 was also deducted for the same order.

I did call the clientcare line and the lady said my refund will be in my account within 48 hours.

I still have not received a refund.
