Worst service ever

I went to maponya mall to activate my account only to find out the lady who was assisting me she doesn’t see it on the system she says I must start afresh to apply then I said let me rather leave it few minutes later she says she sees it then we proceed with the account everything was done I activated my pin and decreased my credit then I start to do shopping after everything I go straight to the pin my account was declining for more than 3 times I went to look for Thando she was not there I tried to call head office the number doesn’t exist then I get a call from head office I didn’t get the lady’s name I was embarrassed and frustrated while the card is declining then this lady says on the phone I must try it after 5 minutes but still it declined I never felt so bad and embarrassed can you please close this account because is really not working out for me I ended up using R3000 unexpectedly because my trolley was full the time and petrol that spent going there in really disappointed with the treatment you giving your customer after getting accounts so please close it
