Worst service ever
Worst service ever, I placed an order last month and I was supposed to collect it on the the 20th last month but they didn't have stock and wanted to give me 3kg instead of 2kg which was on sale so I refused and I was told my order has been canceled and I'll be refunded. I'm still waiting for the refund even today. So it rakes pick n pay a whole ****** month to refund someone???? Such pathetic service. I want my money as in yesterday!!!!!

24 Jul 2020, 06:56I have been told about funds being cleared after 10 days since the beginning of this month. It's now probably 20 days later, really??? Such disgusting service. I should be at the store tomorrow so they can give me my damn money!!!! I'm sick and tired of this **** story!!!!
