Worst service ever

Worst retailer ever, I have been waiting for a refund since the 28/07 till to date. Every time I call im being told it has been escalated, sometime im told it has been refunded. I was asked for my bank statement to prove I did not get even after nothing was paid. Now no one is responding to my emails, call centre agents will place you on hold for 10minutes and the call get cut after that. They’ve just lost a customer with their pathetic service
