Worst Service Ever!!

If there was 0 star rating that’s what I would give Pick N Pay ASAP, I ordered my things yesterday, the satiated delivery time keeps on changing, what is the point of the app being “ASAP” if it will not work? If it is not progressive? I’m still waiting for my groceries even today, I called them and I stayed on the line for 10 minutes waiting for an agent to pick up, sent en email to cancel my order and get my refund, did they respond? Of course they didn’t. Do better Pick N Pay, so many complaints on social media and you are still not improving your service? What’s the point of customer service? Now where must I make a plan to buy other groceries as a student who’s relies on a monthly allowance? Do better!!!!
