Worst service ever

Hi was so disappointed by ur staff at a pick n pay bp express Protea Glen Soweto i had a request of Cash back of R250 she gave me R200. As i asked abt the R50 she told me with attitude thats the only cash she had, had i knwn would hav went to the atm. Then i asked for my snack refund, she couldn’t giv that back either, so i can add to the missing amount. She said somthn in her pwn language that i didnt understand thats when it triggered huge argument, security intervened she didnt care, manager was not around, she held on to my snacks n receipt, as i wanted to take pic of the receipt so i can com back with proof the following day, she refused,askd security for help he couldn’t the lady was stubbon,security advised me to just leave com back the following day since upon a refusal i took her pic so that coming back tomorow,Would have evidence that i was there.couldnt get her name, she removed name tag. What a sobber bad nite i had by ur staff. Her attitude was even igniting a fight, so I can be held liable luckly i didnt respond to it otherwise i would fallen for the trap n found myself dnt where. Wow…Township service😡😡😡
