Worst Service ever

<p> I was in Pick n Pay about an hour ago.i was on a quoe that was being serviced by Ms Katlego Kau. Ms kau was busy chatting about personal stuff with her two colleagues while she was busy with the client. i could see that her attention was devided was more keen on what her friends were saying more that assisting us as customers. she looked at me and told me that if i'm using cash i should go to another tillpoint, Well i could see that she was getting rid of me so i took the cash that i held in my hand and put it back in my wallet and took out my cheaque card. She was very irritated and shouted at her colleague next door and instructed her to help me. As i walk away she mumbled something to her colleague standing next to her and they laughed. when i confront her to ask what she said she just ignored me and looked away. I also work with customers and i live by the service habit of the company that i work for. i wasn't expecting her to go an extra mile and do something out of the ordinary i only wanted to be serviced, and by that she'll be doing her job. she treated me like she was doing me a favour and i was bothering her and it's not the first time i experienced such a hostile attitude from her. first time when i saw that i thought to myself she's just having a rough day, but now i can see that its a habit. PLEASE TEACH HER ABOUT SERVICE AND ENHANCE HER PEOPLE S****S AS SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY.</p>
