Worst service ever

Pick 'n Pay Knysna has the absolute worst customer service ever,I spoke to Lucinda (supervisor) and John (manager) to exchange Huggies nappies from a size 3 to a size 4 I didn't have a slip however they could have checked on my Baby club if the nappies were bought from them but they refused and were rude as hell, they treat a person with no respect and as if I was a ********. Unfortunately Pick 'n Pay will never see me in any of their shops ever again and I do all my shopping at PnP. If I treated my customers the way I was treated I would have been fired long time ago. These people have no idea what customer service is!!!
