Worst service ever

Good day,

I am truly disappointed in the service that I have received from PnP Online. I ordered quite a few items online when the online only specials for black Friday launched. I did not receive what was ordered and I have phoned the call centre for the past month to get it sorted and still NOTHING!! I even had to send them a copy of my invoice to prove that the item in question is really ordered. I get placed on hold and everyone just tells me that it is unresolved yet I cannot see what the problem is, I ordered and paid for items online and PnP needs to give me what I ordered, it is as simple as that. Service delivery is clearly not a concern to a large company such as PnP.

I will not recommend ordering online from them as their service is horrific!!!!
