Worst Service Ever!!!

If I can give a -5 rating I would. Placed an order on 26/05/2021 at 2:59pm. Got a message just after 4pm to say that my order was delivered. Guess what no groceries was delivered to my house. I tried getting hold of them that afternoon and was cut off from the support chat at 6:29pm. I then phoned several times the following two days for feedback and no one can tell me what's happened to my order or my money. It's now the 31st of May and I still have not been reimbursed. Worst service ever. Was my first time using the app and definitely also the last. Don't trust these people with your money. Shame on PnP for using them.
