Worst service ever!!!!!!

<p>About a month, month and a half months ago. The smart shopper went offline for a couple of days because of system updates.</p> <p>Since then my smart shopper card has stopped working. I then phoned the help line and i was informed that this is beening escalated to your IT department and they would phone me. Up until now I have had no call from PNP. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have lost lot of points because of this everytime i shop i swipe my card. I have recently noticed that all the times i have swiped my points have not allocated to the card so that means that about R4500 - R5500 worth of points are missing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also had enough of your head office mingling in the stores affairs. Before you guy took over atock orders the store where stocked qith product that sell and stuff that gets wasted was fased out. Now everytime there is a special there is necer stock. You guys overstock the product that dont sell and understock the products that do sell.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a big fan of Flanigans Dublin cheese chip. I was rold that flanigans does not make it anymore. But is was yesterday that i bought it from Freshstop. But you stock the others and not the one that sells. Now i have also dound out that you have remover the filled paninis code from the system so not i can not buy that. That is once again a product that sells and you remove it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service of the store use to be one of the best. But since you took over a lot of the operations it has become one of the worst i ever seen it is worst the 7 eleven and they dont exist anymore.</p>
