Worst service ever!!!

The vehicle license disc renewal service is the worst, o have been calling customer service all agents kept on telling me the matter has been escalated to management. I renewed my disc 12 April, I still haven't received it, the management is not getting back to me, I spoke with one of the supervisors via whatsapp and she's also no longer responding, the service I'm getting is really pathetic.
