Worst service ever

What a pathetic service from PNP Lakefield. This is second time their cashiers cant sell electricity without making a mistake on the meter numbers. Than they make us wait 1.5 hours to correct it like we got no other work. They must sort out their cashiers and fix their mistakes at their own time. And than the manger still has nerve to say to me he will correct it Monday and today is Friday.
