Worst service ever
To avoid the busyness and due to a lack of time I used the Pick ‘n Pay asap app to make a purchase. I received my purchase only to be told that one product is sold out. Now it means I have no choice but to drive to the nearest Pick ‘n Pay to make the purchase. I vow never to use Pick ‘n Pay Asap purchases ever again.

22 Dec 2025, 17:36My bank account was debited for R524.33 but my final order was R352.15 . We as customers are reassured that our bank accounts will not be charged until the order is finalised. This is unacceptable and I expect the extra money to be deposited directly into my bank account and not the asap account
