Worst Service

Last I was at Pick ‘n Pay New Redruth in Alberton got the most disgusting service from a Supervisor lady by the name of Palesa who was very arrogant and without understanding what I wanted she was quick to say no we don’t do this and ended up threatening the cashier in harsh way saying to she should assist as she knows better I then said to you don’t speak to your colleagues in an unprofessional manner in front of customers, I’m a regular customer in the store and have never seen this before and I think she needs more training as she wanted to express her powers in an appropriate manner.
