Worst service

I had the worst experience of my life at PicknPay at the workshop, stood for 45 minutes in an express tills queue because only 2 people are working all till closed when it’s grants day and it is busy. Then I was a show of the crowd from Princess the cashier that assisted me pointing me from till to the other, and the tills manager was worse, when I asked her why I have to beg for cash back and what should I do then she told me to my face “I don’t know” with the other cashier chiming in and saying they won’t assist me, I needed to withdraw from 2 cards and the cashier said she can only do 1 and when I said 2 she called the manager and the manager just said she is not helping anymore and walked off
