Worst Service

I had a very frustrating experience. My order never arrived, and when I requested a refund I was told I have to wait for 3 days. I’ve had to contact support multiple times just to get updates, and the responses have been slow and unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable. This is the worst online store I have ever used.
