worst service at Pick n Pay Vereeniging

On the 8th of February 2024 my aunt (Mamotiyane Ratone) bought an iron (Pineware) at Pick n Pay Vereeniging, when she got home she realised that the iron is not working properly its not getting hot at all, she then went back on the 9th of February 2024 the next day to exchange it or get refunded but an employee working at none food by the name of (MPUMI) at Pick and Pay Vereeniging refused to take it back.

The employee (MPUMI) then mentioned that their store manager (JACOB) said if they exchange or refund my aunt her money the manager (JACOB) will deduct from her salary or from whoever exchanges or refunds my aunt, and she shouldn't even bother going to other Pick n Pays they wont exchange or refund her
