Worst service at pick n pay rosebank mall

I just been given a worst service by two employees of pick n pay at rosebank mall, all that I wanted was to withdraw funds from my nsfas account to buy books. However was told that the don't have money and I need to start another que from scratch, when a ask for me to be sent to another till the lady her name is Popi gave me attitude and started screaming even telling her Co workers that it's still in the morning to deal with drama. I don't know if the service in rosebank its better for some minority of people and other people it's better because of their color of skin, the reason why I am saying that it's because today only I went twice at that store with no assistance
