Worst service at Pick n Pay Evaton Mall

I had the worst experience with a guy by the name Bafana at Pick n Pay in Evaton Mall today. He is stationed by the door ,where he sells spinach to customers. I went there to pick a bunch when he was very rude and said " Ha a,nna ketla Lefa" ( Don't take by yourself) ,which I let slide,then he gave me an exhausted bunch of spinach and I kindly asked him for a different,fresh bunch,but he took off one stem and gave me the same bunch I told him I didn't want!!!

I am very disgusted by the service received as I found it very disrespectful and degrading that an employee would pick for a customer,and even when I as the customer,ask for something I believe is worth my money,I am treated like garbage.

Please train your staff on customer service
